Our Industry Challenge
Addressing the Gap in Home Management Services
Homemakers identified a major gap in our hospitality industry in Ghana mostly in our homes and hotels. In line with its job creation objective, Homemakers Pro is recruiting and training the teeming youth in the areas of Home Management Service such as Housekeeping, Nannies, Caretakers, Cooks, Tutors, Care Givers, Drivers etc., and deploying them into Homes, Hotels, Hospitals, Embassies, Schools, Home Cares, and Offices who require the service of Professionals.
Our business concept is also aimed at absorbing the excess number of trained nurses, to work temporary or permanently as Professional Care Givers and Nannies. It is believed that employment will reduce over time as Homemakers intends to explore other areas of job creations in Ghana.
Further to the creation of jobs, our home and hospitality centers will benefit from the trained professionals of homemakers, making the home a better and safer place.
