The Minimum qualification for our caregivers is Certificate in nursing with additional training in caregiving. Whether you need an assistance to handle or provide direct care for your children, elderly people, or the chronically ill and vulnerable in the family, our HOMEMAKERS PRO personnel have been highly resourced to better manage sophisticated cases of a particular magnitude. Our approach in tackling these brings much relief to the family and enhances the relational bond at home. This service has been placed under three main categories namely, Standard, Advance and Premium. Each category provides distinct service with different rates, all towards the attainment of our client’s satisfaction and to meet all groups.

STANDARD
Minimum Qualification for standard caregivers is WASSCE holders. Their job description is providing care and support to the elderly, infants/toddlers and children (sometimes with special needs), maintaining a healthy and safe environment, involve in tidying up the vulnerable elderly/child’s seating areas and play grounds. The position also does some laundry, delivers first aid and require supervision from the Client.

ADVANCED
Minimum qualification for this category is Health Care Certificate and or Basic Nursing Certificate from a reputable institution.
Comparable to the Standard category, an advanced staff delivers an up scaled service with additional responsibilities such as; responding to emergencies, promoting physical development of the vulnerable ward, fostering social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of the ward, administer medications and have some basic dietary cooking skills. Minimal or no supervision from the client in this category.

PREMIUM
Qualified Nursing position. This category combines all the job description from the Standard to Advance in an up graded manner. No supervision is required. Driving ability is essential with this category. The position is able to handle emergencies, manage some physiotherapy skills and prescribe basic medications to the vulnerable when the need arise.
