Our professionally trained personnel are ready to take up the responsibility of your children’s care. Their training spans from child development and early childhood learning to adulthood. Our Nannies, having gone through detailed babysitting techniques and basic nursing training, are able to establish when your baby needs attention. Baby feeding and medication dispensing is one area that could not be compromised, hence, the need for a professional Nanny. All these activities are done with full cognizance of Child Protection Policies. This service has been placed under three main categories namely, Standard, Advance and Premium and each category provides distinct service with different rates.

STANDARD
Minimum Qualification for standard Nanny is WASSCE holders. Their job description includes; doing the children’s laundry, bathing and dressing them up, assisting with self-care and hygiene – including diapering, maintaining a healthy and safe child play environment, creating a nurturing and stimulating ambiance, meeting the child/children’s socio-emotional and physical needs, warm and serve foods, assisting with feeding, helps with school homework, runs children related errands, any other as assigned by the client. The position requires supervision and direction.

ADVANCED
Minimum qualification for this category is Childcare and Development Certificate Holders from reputable institutions. This category delivers an up scaled service in similar job description of the standard with additional responsibilities such as; keeping the children’s bedroom and toy room organized and tidy, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, instilling good manners and a sense of responsibility, providing age-appropriate activities, reading and telling folktales or stories, taking the children on age-appropriate outings. Minimal or no supervision from the client with this category.

PREMIUM
Qualified Childcare and Development Certificate Holders/Degree Holders (Sociology and other related) from reputable institutions. This category combines the job descriptions of the Standard and Advanced with added responsibilities. No supervision is required. Ability to drive is very essential with this category. Other advanced responsibilities include; disciplining the children when necessary and in accordance with local parenting principles, transporting children to and from activities and appointments, sending the sick to seek medical care on behalf of parents, attending to school meetings and programs, sometimes organizing excursions for the children with approval of their parents. Finally, the position supervises all the children related activities which the parents would have done.
